2 Scope and Applicability

By providing a phone number to Beefreebies and using the Service, you expressly consent to receive telephone calls and SMS/text messages from Beefreebies for transactional, service-related, security, and fraud-prevention purposes including, without limitation, order verification, reward/cash-back confirmation, identity verification, and customer-service follow-ups. These communications may be manual or automated and may be delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These communications are transactional/service-related, not marketing, and may occur even if your number is on a "Do Not Call" list or you have otherwise indicated a preference not to receive marketing communications.

Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, security, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes, consistent with applicable law.
